Oh okay. How long have you been taking them? I heard it takes time for them to start working. If it's been a while you most def let your Dr know. Do you try any breathing techniques?

Wow. Do you know why? I always go to the urgent care or emergency room because I feel like I can't breathe but for the past week I've been eating a lot of yogurt with probiotics and I'm feeling much better. Also anxiety will make you feel like you can't breathe. Do you know the reason why? Or does it happen when you start to feel anxious?

Depression is very hard. I've had it my whole life, at times been suicidal, yet i have a hard time knowing what to say to others who have it. When i'm severely depressed, i need to talk, to physically have company and talk to someone, yet i have a friend in my mental illness support group, who when she is very depressed doesn't want to talk to anyone. just stays alone in her apt . So we all have diff. things that comfort us. Have you tried a support group? When my depression is a level 5-8, then things like praying, exercise, or watching comedy can bring a little relief. But when it's level 9-10-- nothing helps but the presence of another human, a friend who listens. Sometimes the right antidepressant helps but it's a merry-go-round of trial and error to find the right one. I think my friend who isolates herself, is not on the right track though . Bc whenever I've done that i always got worse. So, even if it's just to go out for a walk, human contact should be helpful. If you're at the point where you don't enjoy any of your interests anymore, which has happened to me many times, maybe try a site like meetup.com where there are different groups that do various activities, and see if any new hobby or interest appeals to you. Or maybe get a massage- touch can be therapeutic. I pray you feel better
