After the news last week from the cardiologist, I was a bit depressed afterwards but I am feeling better still get a little nervous when I feel chest pains or weird sensations around my body but I'm trying to make my brain understand that I'm completely fine.
I hope everyone has been doing ok and feeling a bit better.

Hi! I suffer from anxiety as well but I've learned to keep it under control over the past few weeks. I was started on medication about a month ago and I've only taken it a handful of times because i don't like how it makes me feel. I understand how you feel but just know your not alone and that every one experiences anxiety over their lifetime. We are human and it's natural. Just be patient with your body and try and do things you enjoy on a daily. I've found that walking helps a lot and so does deep breathing.
