hello to anyone that can see this but I need help and I don't know what to do. I tired and frustrated. I not really someone with this much anxiety but I feel trapped by it. Is there anyone that can help me understand or offer support because I could use so right now. I can't get to anyone with a medical professional and there is no one to talk to at this time.

In the absence of a medical professional you have to try and calm down. You're on here so we can assume you have internet. Go to youtube in the meantime and search relaxation or "ASMR" ASMR always helps me sleep so give it a try and let us know how it goes.
