new dr new meds, feeling weird

I posted about how I switched doctors after 20 years and this new doctor sent me for complete bloodwork which thankfully came back all normal he also told me to go off Prozac cold turkey after 20 years of 40 mg and he increased my effexorto 375 and he added lithium at night before I go to sleep I had some fantastic days this is only the third week that I'm doing this new routine I had a few days and I felt great cheerful back to my old self and now today and yesterday I'm waking up with terrible anxiety depressing feelings again and I don't know what's going on

Sorry to hear about your problems on changing medications. The doctor just changed mine and I have been in severe anxiety for the last five days.

..... my dr increased my Prozac from 20 mg to 40 mg ... my anxiety was worse. He recommended I drop back down to 20 mg for a few weeks before I increase again.
