Dizzy & Feeling Sick 🤢

Currently feeling a lot of dizziness and feeling so sick I feel like I might puke.... I'm trying to stay calm... but of course I'm thinking the worst thanks to anxiety.

I am super tired....I can barely keep my eyes open....

I'm that way right now despite an antidepressant that causes most people to sleep - but I've been sick to my stomach and so thankful for my bathroom all to myself. My mind races to harming myself- and I am battling whether or not to take an anti anxiety medicine too because it will knock me out til the afternoon. Try to do deep breathing / meditation or there is also apps with relaxing noises. Look up Relax in your apps. It has various options to deep breathing and plays a gentle sound for breathing in and another for exhaling. Hope you are asleep now. Are you really sick or is anxiety giving you fears of being sick? Good night or morning depending on how you look at it.

Anxiety is giving me fears of being sick. I take medication for depression and also for anxiety I'm supposed to go straight to sleep with it but I don't. I just get super scared when I feel pain, I start to panic and think something is wrong.

So the medicine is not working? Some antidepressants affect people different ways - Lexapro worked well for me the first time, later when I requested it - it made me jittery. How long have you've been on it?

It works but every once and I while it comes back but weaker each time, I have not had a major anxiety/panic attack in months. I'm currently on Zoloft and Vistaril. I do think my medication is working but of course it's hard because it's mental not physical so I have to fight my mind.
