PDD rather than depression?

Some women, like me, could be misdiagnosed as having a depression and prescribed meds for this, like me. But now I'm wondering whether mine is PDD rather than PMT and has been misdiagnosed as me having depression. If this is the case, I've been medicated with the wrong drug, being as endocrinal (hormonal) is different to the nervous system. I'm booking a docs appt tomorrow to suggest that this could be the case!

Thanks so much for your reply! My doc gave me some vitamins and recommended CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy) along with exercise, so i'll see if this helps!
