Definitely!. I have had so many different things that have gone wrong in my life to the point that I feel like a total failure. It has even become difficult to concentrate on the positive things I have done. I have many achievements I should be proud of but anxiety and depression will only allow me to focus on things that have not gone well. After torturing myself for almost 15 years, I feel as you do, like I am going insane.

Its kinda reassuring that despite the feelings that we gonna go crazy just like you, you have been enduring for ling 15 years and yet you have never become insane. Im on my second year feeling this way and am still sound. Thanks so much. Knowing that fact that i will never go crazy, do you have any tips in order to alleviate from feeling this way. I mean in your 15 years of fighting have developed a coping mechanism?

I found just the psychiatrist telling me I WILL NOT go insane really reassured me.

Also having this forum should help as we know we are not alone.

Agora1 has really said what I would have......and a good metal bat a large strong tree and a few wacks help. We are taking you seriously, but a good scream or beating a tree releases the energy anxiety needs just to give us a break.

EXCUSE ME....it was Lilaclil that said what I would have.....but Agora1 most likely would be in the same vein.

Yes, very often. Stop, sit down and breath. Try to focus on just one thing until your thoughts slow down. We feel crazy because our thoughts come way to fast and become twined. I go into manic mode a bit too often for my comfort, I try to do something mind numbing to get a break, like watch several episodes of a fantasy tv show!
