Only thing I can add is, if you were having chronic clinical anxiety, I think you would be on your way to your doctor right now.
Thank you very much from your responses. My anxiety attack happen and I don't know what triggers them. It could be from stress from work, to keeping job with my daughter, insecurities from my relationship and losing a loved one. My heart begins to race i start hyperventilating. Feels like i am falling into a hole within my body. And i snap out of it by coughing. I can be eating and it happens. Laying down in bed, sitting down watching tv. I have never had this problem before. I tend to over think things but every day having this happen it's kind of annoying. My BF manages to help me when it happens when we're together. Lately it happens more when he's around.
