Hello, im new here and ive had depression and anxiety since ive been a small child, right now im been going through a rough patch in my life that has made my anxiety and depression go haywire, ive lost my house, dont have my family to support me, i do have kids to take care of but since ive been struggling with this i tend to want to be alone alot, especially if i have to be talking to people in person. My suicidal thoughts are off the roof but ive been fighting with myself so i wont harm myself. I tend to overthink alot and im sorry if i get annoying about this as well. I just feel alone in the world.

I may be strong but i have alot of downfalls, just that ive been trying to stay strong for so long that i fall hard.

I always look at it this way another day is a new way to view life and under our resilience and how strong we really are. Stay blessed. You are a strong person

Links, I feel for you. It's a lot to go through. Do you have a therapist to talk to? It would help. Are you on meds? I hope you can get some support from your friends and community. I have depression, OCD and anxiety. I know the feeling. We are all here for you. We all have been through similar things. I pray you find a place and get some help.LD
