This is always what happens to me. My anxiety goes up and my mind starts to race and I start getting anxious andlash out on anyone around me! It's so hard to control it sometimes. I haven't found a way to cope with that. Have any of you? Thanks so much!

I think it's time for you to take some anger management instruction to apply to your reactions to other people if you cannot control yourself in other ways when your anger escalates. This may be feel like a hard core answer, but I am being straight forward with you. If you have not figured out simple ways not to abuse other people verbally because you are having a problem with your anxiety, it's time for an additional tool. I really hope this is available for you. It may really help. Best wishes for making the adjustments you need when your anxiety is high.
