I have been having a really hard time with my depression lately but it has only gotten worse. I don't have the support from my family and it is very difficult because I am so alone. I don't know what I am going to do anymore. I am so lost.

I'm so sorry. I'm working through similar things with little family support. My therapist and a crisis line kept telling me to distract myself with positive activities, so I've been doing that some and it does help. Just try to keep busy and keep the intrusive thoughts away.
