Yesterday I listened to a radio program that inspired me. The topic was "A Better You" and provide 5 examples of self improvement techniques. Ways to become a better version of ourselves. It may not apply to everyone here but i thought to share it. I found some inspiration. If nothing else, it got me out of negative self thought for an hour. Enjoy

I followed the link it asked what type of radio hour. Is it all things considered. Or Ted hour?

It was an episode of the ted radio hour. I use the podcast so on my phone but sure you can find it online too. Good luck

Thanks.😊Letting me know it was a podcast helped. I just got a smart phone once my fiancé passed. So saying that this is my first podcasts. I love it. Thanks. 🙂
