New to this forum or any type of online support group really. Had a panic attack for the first time in months right before my son's baseball game and didn't quite realize what was happening until 15 minutes into it. Made me realize I need more support that I thought so here I am taking a small step towards getting myself back on track.

Hello, ughhhhh those nasty panic attacks, they are the devil...I'm glad you want more support, we are here to help!! Whenever I have my panic attacks I breath through them and tell myself this is just a panic attack and it will be over with soon! We will get through this together!!

Yeah, I've had them in the past and can usually get through them. Fortunately, I haven't had another one since so trying to focus on lowering stress right now. Thanks for responding! It definitely helps remembering knowing others are going through the exact same thing.
