A new day

Well it's a new day and I'm starting it off good, sorted through some issues last night and found that writing in a journal is really helping me relieve stress. I start training for my run so I hope that the exercise will help a bit as well, thank you everyone for the support that I receive on here it's very helpful and encouraging to move forward and take control of my life.
