I've been dealing with depression and anxiety for 25 years its not something that there is a magic cure for but there are things you can do to manage. Getting help is first step medications are key as well as exercising and getting more social. I no how hard it is when you feel like crawling in a cave and sleeping for days. You have to learn to take care of yourself to manage your symptoms. Not everyone will understand... My family acts like I'm being lazy they don't know depression has real physical symptoms ..if I had any other illness like diabetes or a broken leg they could see the struggle but they can't every day I must get up and do what I need to to stay a floate.
