No matter how hard I try to stay positive... something or someone always ruins my day. I appreciate and look up to those who don't stop trying to make a change in their lives and work so hard to be the bestt they can be.
I have no motivation or power to do that because I feel like I'm being held down by two constant ropes. I'm drowning.

I completely understand how you feel. It's hard to stay positive when everything seems to be pulling you down. It takes all you've got to beat depression. It's incredibly difficult but I think it can be done. I know you probably don't want to hear that things will get better, because you feel like it won't. But things might get better... If you fantasize about how your life could be or how you want it to be, that might give you a little happiness right there. It's not easy being happy or ok, but you have to keep pushing for it. I'm here for you 💚 I know it's tough, but we can get through this shit 👍☮
I feel the same exact way all the time you just have to keep telling yourself it'll get better because things can't stay this bad forever eventually you get tired of feeling the same way and you'll muscle up the strength to feel better we got this!!!!
You say you are drowning, so what is keeping you from heading out to a psychiatrist who will work with you in designing a treatment plan to save and keep you from experiencing this over and over again?
Not everyone has the luxury of getting help right when they want it. Your comment may not have been intended to be rude, but next time ask yourself if the comment really needs to be said. Its not that easy, and everyone is not the same.
