I have recently started going to group therapy with people who have anxiety issues like myself. I see the way they cope and am trying to share the way I cope. I feel it really helps to vent to others who know what exactly you are going through and visa versa. I recommend this to anybody looking to get things off their chest.

Thank you. I will be going to group therapy eventually. Right now, I am working with a psychotherapist and a psychologist. It's early days, though, and I think it's going to take some time.
