I honestly can't stop thinking about killing myself lately. I'm so tried and depressed and done. I don't know what to do, people are starting to notice and ask questions and I don't wanna talk to anyone I just don't wanna live

Call one of these numbers immediately: 1.800.273.8255 and 1.800.784.2433.

A trained counselor is standing by.

I've been where you are and made it through just by talking to someone else. It hurts so bad I know - it's such a horribly deep black cloud. But as soon as I start getting those really toxic feelings out of my head by talking to someone, the better I feel - and it's immediate. Call one of the numbers BonnieSue posted. Please.

I've been in your situation. I ended up talking to my parents about feeling suicidal and I stayed in a nearby hospital for a few days. It really helps if you want to step back from life, relax, and learn some coping mechanisms for when you leave. It really helps.

I don't have time to go to the hospital and I don't want my parents to know.... What coping skills do you use

I listen to music, bounce a ball, take a nap, or practice mindfulness (note 5 things you see, 4 things you hear, 3 things you feel, 2 things you smell, one thing good about yourself). Also, if you still go to school, you can talk to a counselor and arrange some help. For example, I got a pass so I could leave class at anytime and cool down.

You poor thing. Don't give up please as it will pass eventually and you really need some professional help. I have been suffering since my childhood and I am now 66. I have good and bad days and just have to make the most of the good days. It's not easy but there is help out there.
