Anxiety relapse

Anyone experienced anxiety relapse? I'm currently going this it and could use some advice.

Hi gumbi38, I'm not at a point of offering advice but I did have a terrible relapse about 2 wks ago. So you are definitely not alone.

Thanks for the reply. Back to therapy I go. And unfortunately back on benzo's. I really thought I would never have to take those again.

With me the anxiety has never left the only thing that has changed is the panic attacks I haven't had one for almost a month and a half now so yeah I'm really proud of that. Anxiety is an old jacket we have to get used to. For some people it does go away and that is awesome I wish that was me. Anyway 's I hope you get better soon

Thank you for the reply. I really thought I had this beat. I guess I should have looked at it more like being in remission vs being cured. Great job on no panic attacks for over a month. That's a big accomplishment. Hopefully I will be there with you in the not too far off future.
