Does anyone else feel totally hopeless and empty even while on meds? I just feel as if there is NO future for me, and I do not know what to do about this. No matter what I do, the inside of me feels like a panic stricken HOLE.

I completely understand how you feel, one of the mediations I tried to take actually made me feel completely numb, everything just felt empty. Sometimes what helps me is i take a sharpy and write a word that is meaningful to me on my wrist to remind me to just get to the next day. Just a constant reminder to just look at.
That is a great idea! Anything will help at this point. I am trying not to sleep, to get up and be productive, but wow. I am REALLY having trouble!! Thank you so much for your reply
