HI! I'm new here. I have Bipolar Disorder II, anxiety, fibromyalgia, irritable bowel syndrome and osteoarthritis. I'm a bit of a mess and although I am obtaining treatment for all conditions, it can be overwhelming. Currently, I have had several significant life stressors that have triggered panic attacks and an overall increase in my default level of anxiety. Sometimes I wish that I had a case manager to keep track of everything. I am here to find support and strategies to reduce my anxiety and frustration.

I am new here..... :)
Hi, I also have ibs, fibromyalgia, and osteoarthritis. So I can relate. It can be overwhelming especially with also having depression and anxiety. I am new to this site so I am not sure how everything works but hang in there. I hope you can get the support you need on here. I am hoping the same for me.
Everyone needs a hug now and then so hugs to you.
Thank you for the hug! Here's one for you! 😀
I'm here to listen. Could you list some of the things you are currently going through? As far as the fibromyalgia, what kind of treatment options have you gone through & how effective have they been for you? A little more information might help to figure out some kind of "plan or roadmap".
But first and foremost it to take a little time each day, in a place where you feel safe and comfortable, for yourself, close your eyes, take 3 slow deep breaths, and then in this quiet space, ask yourself; what would you like to accomplish today? Then, open your eyes and write those things down
And just see how many of those things you accomplish.
