Why is it so hard to focus on the positive? Why when you focus on positive is don't last long but when you focus on the negative it can't leave your my alone. My thoughts are my biggest down fall. I think I know everything which I do. Yesterday I when to the doctor because I felt a sharp pain in ma tummy, before going to the doctor I think of was my appendix. I was so fixated that it was my appendix. The doctor reassure me it wasn't cause appendix pain don't go away. I was so focus that it was my appendix I let it interrupt my daily active was scared to the house etc. I upset with myself.
I NEED TO TAKE THE F OUT OF FEAR AND PUT IT BACK IN FUN
I NEED TO TAKE THE S OUT OF SADNESS AND PUT BACK TO MY SOCIAL LIFE AND TO BE STRONG
I NEED TO TAKE THE W OUT OF WORRY AND PUT IT BACK IN TO WORSHIP AND WORKING HARD.

Yes!! You know what to do, now follow through!! Every time an intrusive thought tries to take hold, calmly push it aside and carry on with the positive thought firmly in place across the blackboard of your mind. Keep it posted in big letters where you see it above all other thoughts because this is the No. 1 thought you are claiming as YOURS. Any negative thoughts and opposing thoughts are simply tossed to the ground and left there. And you move forward without them. Focused once again on the positive on that big blackboard in your mind. Not frantic, just calmly, firmly, focused on the large letters on your blackboard that has your positive thought that you are claiming as your desired attitude and goal for now.
What is that thought? I'd like to know! It has to be a good one, after all! Your new philosophy that guides you for now. Something to the effect that you will trust in yourself? Ahhh, I see it written already. You are going to put the "F" in FUN, the "S" in Social Life and being Strong, and the "W" into Working Hard and Worship and not into anything negative. These are solid, lofty goals that are reasonably doable.
That tells you exactly what you shouldn't be doing, doesn't it? Can you work on resisting this? What can you do instead? Can you do a stretch or an exercise that's good for you instead of googling a pain?
The more times you don't give in to it the stronger you become. The stronger you become the less you will give in to it. Pretty soon you will not ever give in to the weakness because you're too strong. Follow the path of strength. Grow in strength, not weakness. You CAN do it. OWN it.
