I need help

I get nervous all of the time for no reason..it gets in the way of things I want to do and prevents me from ever being happy

I have felt this way too and often still do. Have you thought about getting outside help? I was totally opposed for a long time and when I finally got on lexapro, I wished I would have done it earlier. It's been so helpful.

I feel like Suesue3, I'm so much better off for getting help. I would never want to go back to living without medicine and counseling.
