Hello. So I think I'm having some anxiety issues. Will be speaking to my doc about a low dose medication I can take. Any suggestions??nothing that can be habit forming. I have been feeling anxious for a couple wwwks and can't seem to shake it off.

I am on 10mg Lexapro. I have severe anxiety and major depression, this med works well for me.
Thanks for the info. My doc gave me 10mg of lexapro also. So, we'll see....
