Wanting a quick fix!

Believe me, I know what you mean. I have had anxiety and depression for years- although for a long time I did not even identify the feelings. Life has a series of ups and downs- we all learn that, and just "meeting" others here at least on the surface, we can identify that some had had more trauma than others- it' how much support one has,and how to cope.

You mentioned that you are new here- is there anything in particular that triggered you to join? Sometimes it helps I found to "open" up a little as it helps to have a peer.
