Can anyone please explain depersonalization to me? When I'm home, nothing feels familiar. I'm so detached from my surroundings. What else are common symptoms?

Feeling like nothing is real, like everything is a dream, and everyone is a robot, feeling like you're inside of a huge fishbowl when you're outside, kinda of feeling like you're still inside when you're outside ( if you know what I mean, I know it sounds crazy 😩 It was a symptom I had with derealization.) terrible memory, blurred vision, terrible scary thoughts, etc... I didn't have depersonalization, I suffered from derealization, but I know they are similar in ways
