Hi all I was just wondering if anyone else feels sick with their anxiety and depression. I keep worrying that I have stomach cancer or something. I don't know if it's normal to feel sick but I can recognize it comes on with the depression.

Thank you x

Hey,

Feeling sick on depression is normal. Sometimes anxiety can manifest as other pains. However, if you are feeling abnormally sick and it is not going away you should see a doctor. Stress can make you sick too. I am seeing a doctor soon too. If you need to talk I am here.

Hi, yes I feel like that with anxiety and depression. It's really horrible. You just have to tell yourself it's a symptom of how you're feeling, try to eat little and often, don't be afraid and plough on. Good luck.

Thank you both. It does go away for awhile and I notice that when I feel depressed it comes back

I've never been a Sicky feeling person so I think that I tend to think the worst all the time.

Thank you xx
