Could you please lock your message? Right now it's open to anybody on the internet anywhere and can be copied and posted anywhere. Here are the instructions from an admin. person:

Please see below some (hopefully!) clear instructions on how to lock your posts:

Unlocked posts are open to the whole internet and can also be shared on social media without your knowledge.

You can tell if a post is locked by looking at the end of the title to a post. If there is a little black padlock there, then that particular post is locked.

Many of our members are reluctant to answer unlocked posts, as all replies to an unlocked post are also open to the whole internet.

Locked posts stay within our forum and all replies are automatically locked too.

You cannot lock individual replies.

To lock a post when you've finished writing it scroll down to the bottom of the box you are typing in and you'll see two options underneath

"Who can see my post":

o Everyone

o Only followers in my community (Hidden post)

If you click on the "Only followers in my community option", this will then lock your post. Once a post has been locked all replies to that post are automatically locked too.

If you want to lock a post that you have already put up onto the forum, find your post and again scroll to the bottom of the box. You'll see:

Like (0) + Follow and a small downward arrow that looks like this v

Click on the small v and you will get an Edit option.

Click on edit and then select the option

o "Only followers in my community (Hidden post)!"

If you need any help or would like me or any of the Admin Team to lock a post for you, pop a note under your post and we will lock it for you.

My 1st message disappeared. I asked what you have been suffering from so we can know if it's the same things that you are as you asked in your message. Right now we don't know much about you at all. I have OCD, depression, GAD and some PTSD still. All are treated with meds and counseling. I feel great!
