New medication

Hi all I've been to the doctors and she has prescribed propranolol for my anxiety 40mg three times a day, and also sertaline 50mg one a day, please could someone tell me if they have worked for them, I know everyone is different, but I'm just interested to know what they are like.

Hello, I have been taking propanolol 60mg twice a day for a year now and it helps a lot with my heart feeling like its pounding through my chest! If I forget to refill it until I'm completely out and go a day without taking it I can feel My heart racing that's how I know it helps me! I also took 100mg of Zoloft almost two years ago and helped me with my anxiety and OCD, trichtillomania(hair pulling) I stopped taking it because I was so fatigue I think my doc thought it wasn't helping with the depression so over the last two years I've tried 4 other antidepressants that havent helped with any of my issues so now I'm going. Back on Zoloft (sertaline) weaning up to 100mg currently at 50mg I still feel anxiety but I know it will help me soon when I get up to 100mg atleast I hope anyway! I hope it helps you too oh and also I take it at night because psychiatrist said side effect is tiredness and when I was on it years ago I took in am and felt tires during day!
