Hi , my name is Raul and I suffer from Generalized Anxiety Disorder as well as Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and at times with Panic Disorder as well . Hi Raul! I agree with you about healing and growing through sharing information and understanding about our mental health. I have GAD, some OCD and depression so I'm familiar with your problems.
