Hi, yes I have PVC’s and it relieves them.. I take it with Taurine and it has kept me off all medication and relived my PVCs by 90%

My Doctor's have very closed minds and constantly say don't use over the counter vits or minerals. Big Pharma have a lot to do with this in my opinion.

I agree! As long as the company does 3rd party quality testing they are totally safe!

I agree. Best products are those without fillers and nasties. Usually produced by Independent companies.

Hi,

I find Mag Taurate is expensive. I take Mag Citrate which is generally cheaper and also easier on the bowels! You may be interested in my story as I also pair Magnesium with Ubiquinol for best results.

The raw ingredient is likely made in a single factory somewhere, likely in China. I tried different sorts but none did anything. The cheapest seemed as well made as the most expensive (packaging aside).

I think it's mainly a marketing exercise with no basis in science, but is surely worth trying. I'm not deficient in magnesium, but thought it worth a go. I do know that all salts and forms of magnesium are sufficiently well absorbed to provide all the magnesium the body needs. The most easily absorbed form of all is chlorophyll, which occurs in all living plants, especially green ones and is rich in magnesium.
