Hi there, I've bought it from eBay in the past but found it didn't work for me, we are all different though so it may be good for you. I would check on the packet for the recommended daily dosage... Best of luck to you.

Hope so thanks

Whilst I understand and appreciate the point you make about some Dr’s and their financial interests with certain drugs, I believe it is only fair to point out that Dr Sanjay Gupta goes to great lengths in his more recent video, to explain that he has no commercial interest with the manufacturer of Magnesium Taurate which is recommended on his videos. He also refers to the high cost of the drug and suggests alternatives that can be used.

His video on YouTube is “Which Magnesium should I take?” and is well worth watching........

I take it too, manufactured by BioCare. Local retailer matches Amazon price

Recommended dosage varies such a lot but I take a minimum of 450mg /day.

Dr Stephen Sinatra recommends 400mg - 800mg per day.

Because I have surplus Magnesium Chelate I take 2 x 100mg and Magnesium Taurate 2 x 125mg.

Hello Alessa69 = I'm wanting to start with magnesium tau rate to see if it will work for me. Could you tell me what your friend recommended in the end? I am struggling with looking on the internet. Thanks

Sorry, got lost somewhere! I ended up buying Lamberts Magnesium

Citrate, after speaking with my friend, as there was a great trade deal offer. It’s very palatable, you just mix a scoop with water, gives you 375 mg a day. Am also going to look for the Magnesium Taurate by Biocare that Dr Sanjay Gupta recommended

A 125mg capsule twice a day helped me a lot. I have now dropped down to once a day. Good luck.:)
