Pain during urination

I've been on orgovyx and zytiga for 2 years, doc wants me to stay on it for another 5 months. RP, Gleason 9, cancerous node removed, radiation, Decipher .93. My PSA tests have been < .006 since starting ADT. Last week it's been painful to urinate but only once per day or so. Something to worry about? I have appointment Jan 7 with oncologist.

Pain where? I really don't want to know.... but your doctor will. Hopefully it's just mild pain.

Chris, that’s good to hear. I’m going to try to drink more water and less caffeine and see if that helps.

I have been taking Zytiga + Prednisone for my castrate resistant metastatic cancer since November 2023. I have tolerated it very well.

I had urinatio npain during my radiation treatment. At the time I was taking Trospium Chloride to help with frequency of urination.

I stopped Tropsium Chloride and started with Flow Max which immediately eliminated the pain

Husband had prostate radiated 8 years ago and a couple years after that had discomfort when urinating. His urologist said it was scar tissue from the radiation. He performed an outpatient procedure that was akin to a rotorooter you know where. He then had to have a tube up his penis for few days after. Sounds worse than it was. But it did correct the problem.
