Orgovyx

I decided to switch to Orgovyx 6 months ago. I seem to have difficulty with the discipline to take pills at the same time every day. I am switching back to Lupron, but my Urologist wants me to stop Orgovyx and take Bicalutamide for 14 days before getting the Lupron shot.

Question on expiration dates on my Orgovyx. Due to getting free samples from my urologist friend some of my purchased Orgovyx show expiration date of 3/25, at which time I will have 2 bottles left. I would have enough for April and May 2025 yet but they would be expired according to the label.

Has anyone experienced diarrhea while taking Orgovyx (relugolix)? I have been on it for a year. Tried different eating schedules. Tried taking the Orgovyx pill at different times of day. With and without food. One time I was tired of the diarrhea so I stopped Orgovyx for 21 days. A mini-vacation.

I haven't been able to have an erection or orgasm since about 3 weeks after I started the Orgovyx. Prior to starting the treatment, I had a fairly healthy and active sex life. Will my symptoms go back to pre treatment levels when I finish the 6 months of orgovyx??

I have conducted many experiments with Orgovyx dosage. It cost me a lot of health and required numerous blood tests.

I accidentally took an Orgovyx pill, mistaking it for my routine vitamin. My last dose of Orgovyx was just 8 hours ago. I called the America's Poison Centers hotline as listed on the bottle, and the representative said I should be fine. Should I be concerned?

The urologist is now planning to prescribe Orgovyx instead of bicalumatide. Could any of you that have used Orgovyx share the side effects of Orgovyx both good and not so good ?

I just wanted to make sure that new folks here are aware of the Orgovyx patient support out there. I signed up for it shortly after moving to Medicare, and I’m getting free Orgovyx (3 months at a time) from the manufacturer.

One thing I wanted to get away from with Orgovyx is the hormone swings at the start and finish of each cycle with the injections, but I've seen enough even with Orgovyx, mainly emotional swings, that I think that factor is pretty much a wash.

I switched from Lupron to Orgovyx just over a month ago. I had been doing monthly Lupron injections. I finished radiation treatment in June. I've found with Orgovyx that the depression I was experiencing is no longer a side effect and I feel pretty good other than some joint pain and insomnia.

I've been on Orgovyx for 33 months for metastatic prostate cancer. Constipation is a known issue with Orgovyx and it has affected me to some degree most of the 33 months. Earlier this year it seem to get more chronic and intractable.

Dad is taking orgovyx and xtandi. Are there any supplements or medicines that should be avoided taking at the same time as those ?

Once Orgovyx and Zytiga and Xtandi are no longer stopping my PSA from rising rapidly is there any point to continue taking them. My PSA is doubling every two weeks. It has gone from 0.67 to about 16 in two months. Poollover

I’ve been on doublet therapy (Orgovyx + Abiraterone/Prednisone) for a while (Orgovyx since mid December, Abiraterone since mid-May).

I'm on Orgovyx and Nubeqa, and we all know these ADT drugs reduce muscle mass and lead to muscle loss. Besides frequent resistance training, has anyone supplemented with creatine powder? Any benefit or side effects or counter-reactions?

After 9 days of Orgovyx my testosterone was 27.17 At six months post SBRT and 1 month post Orgovyx my PSA is 0.19 and my testosterone is 482. Those numbers look pretty good to me. Stay Strong Brothers.

I have 4th stage prostate cancer and I have been doing Nubeqa and Orgovyx this year. My PSA has been slowly rising, going from a low of 3.9 in July to 7.3 in October.

MY PSA rose quickly to 16, after about a year it held fairly steady around one, using Orgovyx and Zytiga, It now has more than tripled in about a month. I think I should try Xtandi, even though I'm quite anemic. At 87 my MO feels I can't handle chemo. I agree. Any thoughts? Poollover

When the doctor learned I was taking Orgovyx, she would not script me Paxlovid as it is counter indicated. Two days later my throat is so sore I can barely swallow! Anyone have any experience with this?
