IMRT and Slow Urination

Only 3 IMRT treatments and I seem to be experiencing slower urination. Two questions. 1) anyone experience this after prostate radiation? 2) I’m currently on .4 mg Flomax daily. Are others here taking more?

Flomax dose can be increased to two 0.4 mg pills/day, but I found that for me one Rapaflo outperformed two Flomax.

If Flomax does not work you may need a TUR.

Fortunately it was an anomaly (hopefully) and I’m once again able to pee at will, albeit a weak, slow stream.

I have taken two Flomax a day since April 2003. Doc said that I could take both at once or every 12 hours. I take every 12 hours. One does not do the trick.
