Back in 2016 I was diagnosed with stage 4A (regionally metastatic) Ductal Prostate Cancer. In addition to surgery and radiation I was on Lupron and Zytiga with prednisone for a couple of years, ending in late 2018. Luckily for me it looks like I was able to make it to remission. Unfortunately in 2019 they found a 3.5cm meningioma brain tumor in my front left lobe. Since that time there has been minimal tumor growth (a couple of millimeters a year). Currently I am on watch and wait. I really do not want a hole in my head.
Since meningiomas are hormonal sensitive I wonder if the years on Lupron and Zytiga with prednisone could of caused me to get this tumor. Are there others out there that have been diagnosed with a meningioma while on or after hormonal therapy?

Stimulation of meningioma growth by GnRH agonists (Lupron) is increasingly recognized and may be an indication for alternative use of GnRH antagonists (Degarelix).
I also have a meningioma in my head in close proximity to the brain. I had the tumor prior to going on ADT so no clues there . The size is 2.8 x 1.9 x 2.2 cm.
My father has been on lupron, casodex, off that and now on xtandi. He was starting to have headaches 6 months ago so they just recently added on a head ct with his 1 year bone scan and found a 4.7cm dural mass. They then ordered an MRI with contrast and still dont have 100% for sure if its mets which they say is highly unlikely with prostate cancer and his psa is still 1 and no new bone mets in 7 years. They said they cannot prescribe radiation until they know for sure if its benign. So now were heading to get a PET/MRI next week. His is causing some fluid on the left side of his head and they prescribed him Dexamethasone for his headaches, they are saying he can either do a few rounds of radiation or stay on the steroids and wait and watch since his headaches are better. They didn't really discuss the hormone issue, but we were wondering the same thing, seems to happen a bit on Xtandi and Zytiga from what I'm reading and discussing with others or thats just a concidence. Good luck with your situation.
