My MO started me on intermittent hormonal therapy yesterday. He had suggested this several visits ago. I started Lupron August of 2020 when my PSA was 7.14. Since I started ADT my PSA and Testosterone have been nil. I have a script for PSA & Testosterone blood tests in 90 days. He told me When PSA rises to 3.5, I will go back on hormonal therapy. I also have a script for a bone scan and CT of chest and abdomen…

are you metastatic? If so you should be in more than ADT. ZYTEGA AND CHEMO WOULD BE ADVISED IF YOU ARE.

Due to radiation treatments 33 years ago for rectal cancer, my prostate cancer In inoperable. I had PET and bone scan in 2020, no metastatic disease yet.
