PSA Climbing
Hey there; so nothing showed one these last scans but they are ordering more for him? Can I ask how long ago these last scans were?
You had radiation in 2020 according to your bio. How many sessions and maybe a PSA history. Assuming that he remained on ADT treatment ? And if so was he also on abiraterone ?
Hoping someone chimes in here but that extra info maybe could help too. Best of luck !
Does he have a history of prostatitis?

He only had one round of Lupron end of December 2019 before RT
None of the doctors have ever said that so I don’t think so
Al the way so far with this PC, it’s been similar for me. Multiple MRIs, PET/CT scans showing nothing localized (except for a few “lesions” on my spine that they zapped with radiation) everywhere they looked. And the PSA just kept rising and rising.
The medical oncologist told me, well, we know you have Stage IV CANCER. The problem is that it’s EVERYWHERE in you, not settling down in some places where we can get at it with surgery or radiation.
So we went the whole route of Lupron, Abiraterone, chemotherapy. PSA eventually got down to 1, then began rising again, much more quickly.
So now, almost the last shot: Pluvicto.
It’s been quite a ride in this rodeo.
