PSA number could be related to the pain?

l had a shoulder surgery a couple of weeks ago and it is still very painful even Tylenol. I will check PSA soon. This shoulder pain will affect the PSA number?

Sometimes painful metastases have high PSA.

Thanks but my shoulder surgery is not come from PCa but just caused by suddenly falling down on the road midnight. My Suprasinatus muscles and tendons had broken entirely.

That will not affect your PSA.
