I've had a constant problem with rising PSA for the past 18 months. First went on ADT in Sept 2020 when my PSA hit 165, 14 weeks after surgery. After going on Lupron and Erleada my PSA dropped to .20 in 6 months. After that it did nothing but rise back up to 120 about 4 weeks ago.
After the Erleada started to fail I did 3 months of Xofigo, followed by 3-1/2 of Zytiga. Zytiga was supposed to be the answer to the PSA, but it went from 33 to 120 while taking it. Not to mention I've felt like shit for the past two months.
So as if today the MO is starting me on Docetaxel. I can only hope it gets better.
Anybody with a similar situation?

I think the conventional wisdom from what I read here is that your resistence carries over from other 2nd gen haromal agents. Since you failed Erleada you also failed Zytiga. There was very little chance of zytiga being the answer you were looking for.
Only other options I've found are chemo, parp ( if you have the target) or lu177. Rather grim landscape once you hit crpc.
