Has anyone tried taking erleada after the failures of xandi(enzalutamide) and zytiga(abiraterone)? If so, how did it go?

Has anyone had this reaction to Erleada? I've had a couple side effects with this drug, it can lower WBC. I didn't expect to see the RBC and hemoglobin also. Doug

The Orgovyx and Erleada websites are no help. Can anyone shed more light on the subject?

I've been on Lupron only since 2018 and I know we'll discuss the topic of adding Zytiga, Xtandi, Darolutamide, of Erleada. Is it OK to add any of those while I'm early into radiation?

numbers began to climb after about 1 year of Luperon; added Erleada. Now over the last 8 weeks psa doubling and tripling, at .97 currently. Thoughts on next steps; trial of taxotere/jevtana?

He has been on Lupron shots and Erleada and his last PSA test was at .03 in October which is good. My concern is the last week he’s been really tired and is starting to get some pain again. My question is can things change even though his PSA has been constantly decreasing?

I’m currently taking Eligard and on Erleada. Prescribed a prednisone pack and suggested tart cherry juice and glucosamine could help. Any other warriors dealing with this? Good news is that PSA is down to .1 and I remain castrate sensitive entering eighth month of doublet therapy.

Yesterday I was offered an opportunity to drop the Eligard and start a Erleada mono therapy. This is something I had researched for the past year and thought given the opportunity I would take it.

I will soon have 3 years of treatment with Erleada and 3 years and 6 months of Enantone PSA undetectable since taking Erleada, my oncologist is considering a therapeutic break at the end of the year, I don’t know what to think of this proposal.

Has anyone taken Credtor due to high triglycerides and if so what are the side effects or mixture with Erleada and Eligard

If I need to go on one of the more expensive Meds like Erleada or Zytiga next year if will cost me 2000.00 for the year, am I missing something? All help is appreciated. Thank you all!!!

I am really concerned because he has not been able to see his oncologist to find out what he can do next if Erleada isn’t working.

At this stage, my oncologist replaced Erleada with Xtandi. • Unfortunately, even on Xtandi, my PSA continued to rise, reaching 2.94 as of October 15, 2023.

Finished with the triple drug chemo therapy using docetaxel, erleada and eligard July 2023. I think Dr. Daniel Kwon said more treatment options when castrate resistant. Thoughts or experience anyone? Merry Christmas everyone!

Since 2021 he has been taking Erleada and Lupron injections. PSA came down to barely being detected and staye that way until about 3 months ago and it has creeped up to 0.8 now and Dr scheduled PET scan to check things out for next month. Is this something that should be alarming to me

He starts casodex tommorrow until the approval of Erleada comes through, followed by zolodex injection in the next week or two. Treatment plan: Local radiotherapy to prostate + SBRT radiotherapy to sacrum is the tentative plan, along with lifelong ADT and Apalutamide (erleada).
