Initial history:72 y/o. Diagnosed with prostate cancer Dec, 2018. 11 of 12 cores on biopsy. Gleason 8/9. PSA 14. Started firmigon in January x 1 month then lupron. Starter docetaxel in March thru July. After chemo PSA was .085. Had a tough time with chemo. Low blood counts all around. MO didn't start me on other meds at the time, only lupron. PSA rose slowly till 0.12 March 2020 up to 0,64 in June. July 16, 2020 started zytiga and an appointment with radiologists, oncology, today after bone scan last week. On diagnosis had 5 bone mets. Went away with treatment I've listed. Current bone scan 2 weeks ago showed uptake to left lower trocanter and left numeral head.

Update: zytiga stopped working. LFT very high. Cut down to 250 mg with food. Didn’t work. Tried Xtandi and it didn’t work.

Had new Mets C7/T3. Painful. Had it zapped and is better. Also had lesion left trochanter zapped. Could hardly move my leg. Worked wonders. Had gene testing and was CHK 2. Tried lynparza and it was bad. No help.

New scans showed more small Mets on t spine and pelvis. No pain. Feb 28, 2022 started Jevtana. Got labs today. WBC 4.1. Had nulasta with Jevtana. All RBCs slightly low. SOB and no stamina. But been that way for a while. PSA was 13.7 on first Jevtana and came down to 6.4!

Today’s Jevtana went well and will have another in three weeks. Tolerating well. Minor bowel disruptions.

I’m not being treated at Duke but Dr Armstrong is following and approves of treatments.

Looking forward to next labs.
