Latest Axumin scan - onwards to Cabazitaxel 😁

Hey gang,

Latest scan showed a new spot on left of prostate and the same 1cm iliac lymph node with high uptake. Also maybe another suspicious area

So, Kaiser MO has agreed to 6 Cabazitaxels, starting on 10/29/21 and monitoring the PSA, possibly adding Carboplatin after the 2nd or 3rd session. This will be 12 chemos this year with my rechallenge with Taxotere ending in April. Had 15 Taxotere chemos in 2015, PSA went from 840.2 to 0.7 that year. But doubled in two months from 2.6 to 5.5 this year 🤔

That's a lot of pesticides 😂

The white areas are the high uptake of the Fluciclovine. The 1cm spot and L prostate spot are white. The suspicious area is whitish down in the Southern area😂

Yes, 6 3/4 years on Lupron and sometimes Eligard (damn belly shot)Some muscle loss, anemia, andow Hgb. Stayin Alive, stayin alive
