So...I was on lupron injection program and it worked for a year keeping my psa at bay below 4. Recently my psa doubled and I was switched over to eligard.
Recently added Zytiga and prednisone which is NOT
Working. Psa up to 20. I’m told I’m going to get switched to another drug and chemo.... Mets are starting to spread...🥺 any thoughts?
Chemo, definitely. What other drug?
Try Enzalutamide (Xtandi), in place of Zytiga and prednisone.

Consider getting genetic testing, which can determine an effective treatment option.
After he was on lupron and Zytiga and prednisone for nine months he went on a vacation his psa was .01 for bout nine months then when his started to climb he did provenge that lasted bout nine months and it psa started back up so back on lupron and Zytiga and prednisone for nine months so far his psa is at.01 his ct scans show no new meds he does have degenerated knees he is very bow legged now lot of pain in knees but they say it’s from the job he had before all this started he’s 53 now on lots of pain meds and we get RSO too
