Thanks for posting this! Since my next treatment (if or when the 2nd-generation anti-androgens fail) is likely to be cabazitaxel I was excited to hear that these side effects are likely to be less severe than what I experienced with taxotere chemo.

There are some on the forum who have reported less side effects with Cabazitaxel.

I talked with someone on forum a while back who was taking it. He joked that they were "watering down" his chemo since the side effects were so minimal.

It's probably going to be my next treatment too.
