The trial will divide patients into 2 groups- Group A will be given Lu177, enzalutamide and Lupron. Group B will just be given Lu177 and Lupron. I am concerned about the combined SEs of the drugs. I am interested to hear from those who have experienced these drugs simultaneously. Thank you.

Am I correct that when a patient becomes resistant to either enzalutamide or abiraterone, or has to stop due to arrhythmia one cannot be substitued for the other? Other than docetaxel (chemo) are there other commonly used treatments after enzalutamide or abiraterone resistance?

My MO suggested a months holiday from my Enzalutamide tablets to better my QoL.My PSA is undetectable at 0.008 and has been for 4 years. Your advice on any foreseeable dangers

I switched from Abi to Enza a few weeks ago. I now get a rush of fatigue about an hour after taking it in the morning. I don’t know if this is related to the Enza. Thinking of taking it in the middle of the night as I did with the Abi. When do you take it and have you had this experience?

So it was hoped that it would be much more effective than enzalutamide, and instead it seems to have disappeared into thin air.

My Question is, should I go back to taking Abiraterone with Prednisone or switch to enzalutamide? any thoughts pls ? thank you
