Anyone treated with enzalutamide +cabazitaxel?
MO suggested cabazitaxel (1st choice) or
enzalutamide
(discouraged because cancer is aggressive). Any data/experience that combined
enzalutamide
and cabazitaxel would be better?

EMBARK Trial: Combination-therapy is better.
Lupron
monotherapy had the greatest risk of developing metastasis after 5 years (a 28.6 %), compared to a 20.0% risk for
monotherapy. The
combination of
+ Lupron had the lowest risk (12.7%). p < 0.001 (N=1068).

177Lu-PSMA-617: Trial shows it's more effective than changing ARPIs
"Patients who enrolled in the trial were assigned to either a change in ARPI, for example from abiraterone to
enzalutamide
or vice versa, or 177Lu-PSMA-617, a prostate-specific antigen (PSMA)-targeted radioligand therapy.

Severe side effects with enzalutamide.
I’ve been on
enzalutamide
monotherapy for about 2 1/2 months. The side effects are quite debilitating even though I train hard, lift weights and hike almost daily. After sailing through Orgovyx with very little side effects I am surprised it is so difficult with
enzalutamide
.

I need facts on nutrition, vitamins and supplements.
Doc has started me on Lupron and
Enzalutamide
. I’m interested in learning factual info on the effects of diet, nutrition, vitamins and supplements on PCa. I’ve read tons of theories. Where are the clinical reports? Thanks!

RT with ADT Relogolix (Orgovyx) vs Enzalutamide (Xtandi) Side Effect Differences?
Conclusion "...
enzalutamide
may be as efficacious as ADT as an adjuvant treatment in combination with RT. It may be better tolerated than ADT as well."

Found a Reliable Place to Buy Enzalutamide Prostate Cancer Medication at Low Price
I found a trustworthy place to purchase
Enzalutamide
, a medication for prostate cancer, at a fair price. I bought it from Oddway International, an Indian pharmaceutical distributor. They were really helpful and answered all my questions patiently.

What happens next
Since then he has been on Zoladex,
Enzalutamide
and has just finished 8 rounds of Docetaxel. Apart from this cancer he is very healthy - but what happens now when the PSA starts rising again. He is starting to get quite depressed and I have noticed a big change in him. Please advise.

Any enzalutamide for chemo?
Tall Allen recently posted about a trial in which taking
enzalutamide
during docetaxel chemotherapy might help get the PSA down. Abiraterone failed for me recently and I’m re-challenging with docetaxel. I’m based in the UK, and NHS protocol doesn’t allow this.

Taste Issues and finger neuropathy on Xtandi( enzalutamide) ?
In order to participate in a clinical trial (FOR46 at UCSF) I had to switch from Nubeqa (darolutamide) to
enzalutamide
. Previously on abiraterone. Did really well on both medications. Now 4 months on
enzalutamide
and my 5th research infusion, I'm experiencing some side effects.
