December 2 2019 my PSA 1.4 today January 21 st 2020 backing up to 3.1 my chemo finish November 8th 2019. I am still doing zoladex la 10.8 mg but PSA going up I am little bet worried my testosterone Lo 0.2

Our situations are very similar. Diagnosed July 2018 at age 56, initial PSA 103, bone and lymph mets, chemo, zoladex. My current numbers are a little lower than yours. Mine have stayed low but have bounced around over the last year. Starting in August I had three months of them rising and I was concerned that I was becoming resistant but then they started coming down again. I'm at 0.31 this month. My oncologist said not to worry about the PSA bouncing around as long as there isn't a sharp dramatic rise. Hopefully yours will come down again next month.

After my chemo nadir (0.26), five months later, in Jan 19, it had crept up to 0,57. My oncologist recommended early adoption of Abiraterone.

A year later, I’m bumping along at 0.03.
