I'm trying to arrange to get Lu-177. It's been very slow going. My paperwork is still being processed at UCLA, which is the only place in the U.S. I know where I could get a PMSA Scan outside of a Clinical Trial.
I've got other paperwork under review at U Heidelberg
So, the questions are: do you know other places to get a PMSA Scan; and what expeditious way do you know to get Lu-177

I have had 4 PSMA PET scans done in New Delhi, India. Medanta.com is the hospital and I had them done at their main hospital Medanta Medicity. Fortis Hospital is offering Lu177 and Rajiv is offering it too. Also in Mumbai now. Full body PSMA PET scan is about $550.00US, without and without contrast. I am considering it myself. My PSMA avid was 13 in January in my prostate only. Nothing else showing up and it's been about 2 years since I've been stable.
We investigated Health Care Global in Bangalore, they import the Lu-177 from Germany. My concern is adjustment for the loss of potency during the import process. The response to this concern was that the minimum dose they give is 200mci (7.4 GBq), which seems to be standard dosing. I do not know how they measure the potency to adjust correctly, but this would be an important detail. The Ga68PSMA scan costs $400 USD and one round of Lu-177 costs $5800 USD. They also offer Ac225, but not in tandum. We will likely go to Homberg when the time comes.
Scottsdale Imaging in Scottsdale AZ is doing my PSMA scan for the "Vision" Trial. I don't know what the "walk-in" price would be... There is another imaging center in Houston that also does them..The "Vision" trial has lots of hoops to jump through before you actually get any Lu-177......
My husband has advanced stage Prostate cancer. Doctor suggested him to have PSMA scan done. We have no idea where there are PSMA scan tests in USA. We have tried to find one in Cleveland, OH. But it is doing some research, instead of PSMA test. We are eager to find places to have test done ASAP. Doctor said that all the treatment will be depended on this PMSA. Time is going to run out, but we haven`t found place to have test done. I would great appreciate if you could kindly provide information for us. Thanks
If you are in a position to pay for treatment, I just returned from Homburg Germany where I received PMSA lutetium/actinium therapy for metastatic Prostate cancer. It is not a cure but he has great success with remission, and is the new standard of care for ADT resistant prostate cancer in Germany. Dr Ezziddin is one of the pioneers, and one of the two to use tandem therapy that I know of, the clinic is excellent, the staff competent. The mostly speak English.
