What supplements do you take for your stimulants? I eat maybe once a day if I remember and twice if I am lucky.

Hi.. I take a supplement called: Focus Factor. I only take one per day.
I have been using 'Heights' multivitamins for the past four months, and I've been quite happy with them. Previously, I'd used generic VitD (25mg) daily, even in sunnier months, because I was so often indoors. Other than that, I hadn't found a supplement or vitamin that worked for me.
As for eating, I think it helped me to learn to listen to when I was hungry and thirsty. I liked the advice of those who advocate for 'intuitive eating'. I've learned I don't usually feel hungry at the start of my day, and that it helps me to avoid eating 3-4 hours before I go to bed. About five weeks ago, I began to use 'Fastic' - not for weight loss, but to help me try to have two meals fairly regularly each day - so I try to eat the first meal between 10am and 1pm, and the second meal between 4:30pm and 7:30pm. the app has helped remind me to eat within my 10am-7:30pm window, and to drink water throughout the day.
