ADHD toys/items thoughts

In the past, I have seen the use of fidget spinners and other "fidget" toys being marketed for ADHD users. I have never invested in a toy or item designed to deter distraction or made to aid my brain. Personally, I am not a fan of the "fidget spinner" toy (that particular one isn't appealing to me) I guess I'm asking: Are they worth the investment? If you have purchased one, how have they helped you? If they are helpful for you, is there a particular one you recommend?

The fidget I use is called The Ultimate Fidget. There are two rings and in the middle a nice color and you can spin it around. google.com/amp/s/www.pinter... There is a link to what the fidget looks like. I will warn you, it’s easy to lose so I have a special place for it. If you don’t like that, then here’s a YouTube link to Jessica McCabe’s How to ADHD channel where she recommends fidgets. m.youtube.com/watch?v=Ddilz.... If the link doesn’t work you an just google how to ADHD fidget.

Good luck in your fidget finding.
